Never limited, on any plan, at any price
- Signing in. Your plan and your billing state have no effect on the authentication surface, and its rate limits are abuse limits, the same on every plan.
- TOTP and recovery codes, and the administrative reset a user needs when they have lost both.
- Attack protection and progressive lockout.
- Roles, permissions, workspaces and memberships. Only their counts are limited.
- Exporting your data, on any plan and in any billing state.
We chase you. We never chase your users.
Kleora is authentication infrastructure. Refusing a sign-in to collect a debt would lock out people who have no relationship with us and no way to fix it. So we do not, whatever is owed and for however long.

No row in that table deletes anything or blocks an end user. An account that goes quiet for a year comes back to its apps intact and its users still signing in.
The ones a buyer actually asks.
- What counts as a monthly active user?
- A distinct user in a production environment who signs in at least once in the calendar month, counted per app. Someone who signs in forty times is one. Sandbox never counts: charging for testing teaches people to test in production.
- What happens when we pass the free allowance?
- We tell you, more than once, and nothing stops. A free account has no card to charge, and no sign-in is ever refused for growing. On Pro you are billed $0.010 per extra MAU, on Scale $0.006.
- Can we run free and paid apps in one account?
- Yes, and it is the normal case. One Pro app beside twenty free ones is $25 a month, however many people those twenty serve. You upgrade the app that grows.
- Which currency will we be charged in?
- US dollars today, whichever language you are reading in. The currency follows your billing country at checkout, not the language of this page, and it is fixed when the subscription is created; moving country later does not change it.
- Is VAT included in these prices?
- No. Every price on this page is net. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.
- When are we billed?
- On the 1st of the month, so the invoice covers the same calendar month the active users were counted in. Your first invoice is a prorated part-month from the day you subscribe. Yearly billing is ten times the monthly price, two months free, and the overage rate is the same either way.
