What it means
Answered by the SDK middleware in your own API (@kleora-io/node, django-kleora) when the issuer's key set could not be read, or held no usable key, so no token can be verified.
What to do
Check that your API can reach {issuer}/.well-known/jwks.json, then retry. Verification fails closed on purpose.
