What it means
A ceiling was reached: 10 accounts per person, workspaces per environment (set by the App's plan), 100 active API keys per environment, webhook endpoints per environment (set by the plan), or 50 setting definitions per environment.
What to do
Remove something you no longer use. Only the workspace and webhook-endpoint ceilings depend on the plan; see the pricing page for those.
